The Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport badly needed to update their busiest baggage claim. While at Alaska Channel, we came up with a series of panels that would be dedicated to Alaska Native communities and their businesses. In partnership with The Alaska Native Heritage Center (ANHC), we used ANHC’s five main regional groupings with images and facts about the different communities. I pulled copy from the ANHC site and structured the information in a way that would make sense for an Airport display. I then proofread and edited the feedback from the client, and wrote headers for each wall. The end result was a beautiful, informative display and a great first impression for any newcomer.
