IBM and VMware partnered in 2016 to help simplify cloud adoption for smaller businesses. To promote this new service, we were tasked with covering DreamPayments, a mobile-payment company from Toronto, Canada. We needed to capture their story and the value of IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions in about two minutes. 

After writing the first round of questions, I sat on a call with the CMO and CIO of DreamPayments to better understand their journey and to formulate the questions that would be used for the final on-camera interview (I also left notes in the margins so our CD would know what points to hit). 

A little behind-the-scenes work can go a long way.
